The telephone service 41651, operated by the Iranian Red Crescent Medical Procurement Organization, is designed to facilitate public access to pharmaceutical information. This service is available daily from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM and provides support to incoming calls.
According to the Public Relations and
International Affairs Department of the Red Crescent Medical Procurement
Organization, the 41651 call center serves as a specialized resource for
responding to public inquiries about medications. Operating from 7:30 AM to
7:00 PM, the line provides expert information on pharmaceuticals available
through the organization's network of pharmacies, including the Red Crescent
Central 24-Hour Pharmacy, the Specialized and sub-specialized Pharmacy, and
Central Pharmacy No. 2 located in Tehranpars.
This service enables patients to check the
availability of specialized, ultra-specialized, and single-prescription
medications. These include treatments for patients with specific conditions, such
as those undergoing transplants, dialysis, or living with multiple
sclerosis—most of which are covered by basic insurance plans.
Citizens can contact 41651 to receive accurate
and up-to-date information about their required medications and benefit from
the expertise of the call center’s professional staff.
This initiative reflects the Red Crescent’s
commitment to the principle of “Respecting the Client” and aims to enhance the
quality of pharmaceutical services provided to patients. The system is continuously
updated and remains ready to serve the esteemed people of Iran.
