142% Growth in Intra-Group Interactions Achieved; Red Crescent Plays Strategic Role in National Missions
In line with the emphasis of the Honorable President of the Red Crescent Society and the macro-policies of the Medical Procurement Organization, the volume of intra-group interactions among the subsidiary companies of this Organization in the year 1404 registered a remarkable growth of 142 percent compared to the previous year. This achievement, alongside the implementation of national projects such as the construction of 2,000 dialysis beds, the development of the plasma industry, and an active role in the crisis management of the Ramadan War, constitutes a significant step toward fulfilling the Organization's strategic missions.

According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Unit of the Medical Procurement Organization, the subsidiary companies of this Organization, in the year 1404, with a focus on macro-policies and the directives of the Honorable President of the Red Crescent Society, recorded a 142 percent growth in intra-group interactions compared to the previous year. This success represents a turning point in the synergy and operational cohesion among the affiliated entities and heralds a promising horizon for the realization of the Organization's overarching objectives.

In this regard, the Medical Procurement Organization, with a strategic perspective, has played a pivotal role in various dimensions of national missions. Notable measures in this area include the precise supervision and guidance of the importation, warehousing, and distribution of donated medicines under the exceptional conditions of the Ramadan War, carried out in collaboration with Soha-Helal Distribution Company. Furthermore, the provision of sustainable infrastructure for the uninterrupted supply of single-prescription medicines, as well as facilitating the procurement and distribution of relief items for the Red Crescent Society by Soha Kish Commercial Company, have been among the other focal areas of the Organization's activities during this critical period.

It is worth noting that the continued provision of active services, production, and fulfillment of the community's health needs under wartime conditions constitutes a fundamental priority for this Organization, which has been achieved through reliance on domestic capabilities and optimal resource management. Alongside these ongoing measures, the Medical Procurement Organization has taken practical steps toward economic efficiency and sustainable development by implementing the asset monetization policy in accordance with the Seventh Five-Year Development Plan of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Among other valuable achievements of this Organization is the commissioning of 107 hemodialysis beds in the provinces of Tehran, Alborz, Zanjan, and Gilan, which, while enhancing the level of medical services in these regions, promises further expansion of this project across the country. Concurrently, the acquisition of licenses for the establishment of plasma collection centers and a plasma fractionation plant delineates a new horizon in the realm of self-sufficiency and the sustainable supply of critical blood products for the national healthcare system.

Along the same path, the Organization has placed on its agenda the expansion of its portfolio of equipment products and services, particularly in the field of consumable medical devices. However, the most significant strategic and large-scale undertaking of this Organization is the National Dialysis Project, aimed at the construction of 2,000 dialysis beds across the country, which, over a five-year program, will bring about a major transformation in patient access to essential dialysis services.

Thus, the Medical Procurement Organization, drawing upon dynamic intra-group interactions, the implementation of national projects, and the utilization of legal, national, and international capacities, has charted a clear course for the uninterrupted service to the noble Iranian nation and the fulfillment of the supreme objectives of the Red Crescent Society. Undoubtedly, this progressive movement, with the support of all pillars of the Group, will continue with determination until the ultimate goals are achieved.
