Managing Director of M.P.O presented in Helal Ahmar ceremony today on 13 oct 2012 after 70 days captivity in Libia.

Dr. Balouchi described some memories of the bitter time in the ceremony held with the presence of Managing Directors of affiliated companies and personnel of the Organization and General Managers.
