The Iranian Red Crescent Society
The staff of the Iranian Red Crescent Society, guided by their humanitarian mission and responsibilities, uphold the values of unconditional service, compassion, respect for the public, defense of human dignity, alleviation of suffering, and protection of life and health. These principles are rooted in the teachings of Islam and embraced with faith in the will of the Creator. All personnel consider themselves bound by the ethical charter of the Society.

Adherence to Islamic and national values in speech and conduct, with emphasis on piety, justice, dignity, and moderation.
- Humanitarian Service
Providing assistance to all individuals, especially in times of crisis, while preserving human dignity and acting in accordance with the seven fundamental principles of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, within the framework of Islamic values.
- Respect and Courtesy
Demonstrating respect, politeness, and composure toward clients, colleagues, and especially senior staff; embracing a culture of constructive criticism, accountability, mutual trust, and responsibility.
- Workplace Discipline and Appearance
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace and presenting oneself in a manner consistent with Islamic and national cultural norms.
- Compliance and Integrity
Full observance of laws, regulations, and administrative procedures; avoiding misuse of professional position, discrimination in interactions, and safeguarding organizational information and confidentiality.
- Resource Efficiency
Optimal use of the Society’s resources; avoiding waste and extravagance through prudent management and elimination of unnecessary formalities.
- Work Ethic and Organizational Loyalty
Commitment to diligent work, timely fulfillment of obligations, and a sense of responsibility and belonging to the Society; balancing personal and organizational interests with priority given to the latter.

Valuing time, punctuality in fulfilling responsibilities, and respecting the time and rights of others.
