execution of Article 10, Section B, Clause 5 of
IRCS's Statutory modification law approved by Islamic Consultative
Assembly on 14 May 2003 and according to your
commitment and valuable experiences and as well being introduced by the IRCS' General
Assembly, I appoint you as the IRCS' President for a period of 4 years.
