Dr. Saffarieh issued a congratulatory message.
The text reads as follows:
With the red
flag of Red Crescent, Islamic Republic of Iran has acted as the forerunner to
invite all countries to maintain peace. IRCS' might in delivering peace message
is manifested through its assistance to deprived and vulnerable people along
with its humanitarian and voluntary aids to those nations which believe in IRCS'
impartial attitude.
