citing from IRCS website, at the commemoration ceremony held on the occasion of
world Red Cross and Red Crescent day attended by thousands of volunteers, youths
and rescuers at Azadi Stadium, Dr. PirHossein Kolivand appreciated the presence
of President Raisi in the ceremony and said; Since its foundation day, IRCS'
volunteers and rescuers have endeavored to serve human beings as well as alleviating
their sufferings on different natural disasters domestically and internationally
regardless of people's political, ethnicity, religious and race backgrounds.
