Rendering pharmaceutical services, registration of patients’ prescriptions, and importation, clearance and delivery of single-prescription medicines to patients have been continuously carried out, resulting in over a thousand patients who benefit from pharmaceutical services of the Red Crescent Central Pharmacy on a daily basis.
According
to the report issued by Public Relations and International Affairs of the
Medical Procurement Organization; the provision of pharmaceutical services,
supply of vital and special medicines to patients and clients through MPO’s
pharmacies, and importation, clearance and delivery of single-prescription medicines
to patients have always been carried out. With this regard, more than a
thousand visitors benefit from pharmaceutical services daily.
In
order to provide better services to compatriots, the reconstruction process of the
single-prescription medicine pharmacy of MPO is being carried out
with the experiences gained from the reconstruction and renovation project of
the Central Pharmacy of the Red Crescent. We aim to complete its reconstruction in the earliest possible time
and with desirable quality by considering the supervisory requirements as well
as taking rules and regulations into account.
In
the process of reconstructing the single-prescription medicine pharmacy,
factors such as creating a calm and more pleasant environment for the comfort
of visitors and staff, positive impact on patients trust, increasing comfort
and confidence of patients when receiving services, improving interior and
exterior design, energy saving, technology improvement, branding, and
ultimately creating added value for the organization will be considered.
