In the name of Allah,
the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
And give glad tidings
to those who patiently persevere. Those who say, when afflicted with calamity:
"To Allah we belong, and to Him is our return."(Quran:02:155).
The tragic helicopter
crash and martyrdom of the President, the Foreign Minister, the Representative
of the Supreme Leader in Tabriz, the Governor of East Azerbaijan Province, and
their accompanying delegation have caused deep sorrow and distress.
Ayatollah Seyyed
Ebrahim Raisi, with a compassionate heart, sincere and pure intentions,
profound thinking, and serious resolve throughout his service, tirelessly and
devotedly stood firm in his honest covenant with Almighty God, joining the
esteemed martyrs, as exemplified by the noble verse, “Among them are those who
have fulfilled their vow [to Allah], and among them are those who are still
waiting [to do so]” (Quran
33:23).
Moreover, the
martyrdom of His Excellency Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, the esteemed Foreign
Minister, Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Ali Al-Hashem, the esteemed Representative
of the Supreme Leader in East Azerbaijan Province, and Malek Rahmati, the
esteemed Governor of Tabriz, along with their martyred companions, has further
deepened the sorrow of this tragic loss.

Organization and its subsidiaries, inspired by and committed to the jihadi
spirit, honesty, purity, sincerity, and spirituality of the late martyr,
Ayatollah Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, will continue their uninterrupted service to
the noble people of Iran. They will strive to take more effective steps towards
achieving the lofty goals of the sacred Islamic Republic in the health sector
by utilizing existing capacities.
I humbly beseech
Almighty God for solace and offer my condolences on the martyrdom of these
sincere servants to the martyr-nurturing nation of Iran, especially to the
esteemed staff of the Medical Procurement Organization and its subsidiaries.
God willing, the
great nation of Iran, as always, will create everlasting manifestations of
