According to the monitoring and analysis of customer feedback by the Quality Assurance Unit, the satisfaction level of customers with Soha 1, particularly in the dialysis set and fistula needle sections, has seen a substantial increase.
According to the report issued by the Public Relations
and International Affairs Office of the Medical Procurement Organization, based
on the monitoring and analysis of customer feedback conducted semi-annually by
the Quality Assurance Unit across various healthcare centers, Helal Iran
Medical Devices Co. has made every effort to enhance the quality and address
temporary issues of its products to ensure customer satisfaction. This effort
has resulted in increased satisfaction among healthcare facilities and
hospitals.
The report indicates that customer satisfaction
in the second half of 2023 has significantly increased compared to the first
half of the year in the dialysis set and fistula needle sections.
It is worth noting that this increase in
satisfaction is due to resolving certain issues with these two products by
altering the formulation or raw materials used in the production of PVC
granules. These changes were necessitated by the severe sanctions and their
impact on PVC granule manufacturers in the second half of 2022. Thanks to the
efforts of the company's experts, the follow-ups conducted, and the assistance
provided to PVC manufacturers, the issue has been completely resolved.
