MoU signed for joint cooperation among MPO’s Subsidiary Companies

According to the report issued by Public Relations and International Affairs Office of Medical Procurement Organization, increased convergence of the subsidiaries aimed at further synergy has been significantly underway since the beginning of this year. This memorandum was concluded regarding the strengthening of the supply chain and sales of productions of MPO’s Helal Iran Medical Devices Co., Soha Pharmaceutical Co., as well as drugs supplied by Soha Kish Commercial Co. It is noteworthy that the collaboration of Soha Helal Distribution Co. with Soha Kish Commercial Co. in the supply and distribution of national shortage items is significantly underway. The strengthening of collaborations between the subsidiaries of the Medical Procurement Organization has led to increased synergy and growth in the sales of productions of these companies by Soha Helal Distribution Co.
